- How do I book a training lesson?

- What is the cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policy?

All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed once with advance notice. Contact us as early as possible to arrange a new date. A $100 range fee applies for rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice. No-shows or failure to attend the rescheduled session forfeit all payments. By registering, you agree to AlphaTrack Academy’s cancellation and rescheduling policy.
